Senior Architect – Conservation & Heritage
London | £44,000–£56,000 | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 WFH)

The Role
* Deliver conservation projects across all RIBA stages
* Lead design development, technical detailing and heritage compliance
* Carry out site inspections and manage regulatory coordination
* Support client and stakeholder presentations
* Apply BIM workflows using Revit, AutoCAD and NBS
* Manage fees, budgets and sustainable design inputs
What You’ll Need
* ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years’ PQE
* Strong conservation and listed building experience
* Excellent technical and detailing skills
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Confident, client-facing communicator
* Revit, AutoCAD and NBS experience
* Conservation accreditation (or working towards) desirable
