What will you be doing?

Caring for families is at the heart of what we do.

You’ll lead and manage the daily requirements of allocated care centres, helping to lead teams, monitor budgets, and analyze data from previous years to ensure continuous improvement. Your goal will be to deliver exemplary standards of care through highly motivated and engaged teams.

As Funeral Operations Lead, you'll implement and deliver the wider funeral business plan, focusing on providing industry-leading funeral services and achieving profitable market share growth.

Client and colleague care will be at the core of your role.

This varied role includes responsibilities for standards, fire, security, health & safety, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and colleague training.

We aim to meet client expectations by preparing and caring for the deceased, facilitating chapel visits, and ensuring all related paperwork is completed accurately.

You’ll also manage stock levels, order coffins and sundry items, support the Funeral Cluster Manager, and conduct funerals if required.

Please note, from 1st December 2023, new joiners will undergo a standard DBS check, with offers conditional on satisfactory disclosure.
