We're seeking dedicated Youth Outreach Support Workers to join a dynamic team supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in alternative education settings across Weston-super-Mare and South Bristol. These young people may have faced significant challenges. Your role will be to help them re-engage with learning, build trust, and develop the skills they need to succeed-both in and out of the classroom. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. You'll need access to a car with business insurance.
