Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Scarborough
Full-Time / Part-Time | £95-£125 per day

This is a flexible opportunity with both long-term and day-to-day roles available, giving you the chance to find work that fits your lifestyle.
What you’ll do:
* Support pupils across the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups
* Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
* Lead planned lessons and targeted interventions when required
* Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
* Be a positive role model who motivates and encourages pupils to achieve their best
About you:
* Previous experience working in a school setting is essential
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience is required
* Confident in leading learning activities and supporting the class teacher
* Adaptable, patient and passionate about helping every child succeed
* Strong communication and organisational skills
