* Takingtheleadonestimatingallelectricalelementsoffit-outandrefurbprojects(valuestypicallyupto£1M)
* Reviewingtechnicalspecs,drawings,anddesignstoscoperequirementsaccurately
* Preparingcompetitivecostestimatesforlabour,materials,plant,andsubcontractorinput
* Workingcloselywithprojectmanagers,engineers,andcommercialleadstoensurealigned,accuratetenders
* Supportingprocurementandsupplierengagementtonegotiatestrongrates
* Advisingonrisk,compliance,andvalueengineeringopportunitiestosupportmarginprotection

* Previousexperienceestimatingelectricalworkswithinconstructionorfit-outsettings
* Soundunderstandingofelectricalsystemsincludingpower,lighting,firealarm,accesscontrol,CCTV,anddata
* ONC/HNCinElectricalorBuildingServicesEngineering(orequivalentpracticalexperience)
* Commerciallyawarewithastronggraspofcostbreakdownsandestimatingprinciples
* Confidentinterpretingcomplexspecifications,schematics,andelectricaldrawings
* Strongorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagedeadlinesandmultipleestimatesatonce
* BasedinSheffieldorsurroundingareasthisisanoffice-basedrolewithstrongteamcollaboration
