Our Infrastructure Division supports many of the major infrastructure programmes across the UK and major international projects. Our focus is to deliver effective outcomes by optimising the performance of both new and existing assets. The Infrastructure Asset Management Practice ensures customers’ outcomes are realized and delivers bespoke sector‑specific solutions to optimise asset performance.

Our Services Include
* Infrastructure Asset & Information Management practice delivers data‑driven solutions and asset management, regulatory, and technical advice to a range of clients, both in the UK and internationally. We seek an enthusiastic, client‑ and solution‑oriented individual to lead and grow our asset performance business.
* Asset performance monitoring and benchmarking, including dashboards and digital tools to drive improvement; strategic planning with risk‑based decision‑making tools and prioritisation.
* Tactical planning – turning business plans into reality and delivering outcomes.
* Assurance and regulatory advice for UK water utilities and internationally.
* Strategic asset management advice, including gap analysis and improvement plans against ISO55001 and business process engineering.
* Lead asset management projects and provide leadership for significant strategic projects, supporting key clients in the aviation market.
Your Role
Candidates should blend technical, stakeholder engagement, financial, and project management skills to win and deliver projects.
* Background in winning and serving clients on major projects; sound technical background; excellent communication and organisational skills; thorough knowledge of aviation clients.
* Participate in strategic aviation planning to maximise profitability, marketing, operational efficiencies, and quality.
* Leverage existing and develop new aviation client relationships to identify and pursue business opportunities.
* Assist in developing project work plans; review schedules, budgets, milestone dates, and deliverables.
* Participate in developing annual and strategic plans for the area of responsibility and implement them accordingly.
* Actively pursue new project opportunities by maintaining contacts with current and prospective clients; evaluate new opportunities.
* Identify and resolve client relations problems.
About You
Must be open to UK and potentially international travel and regular periods away from the home office.
* Proven track record applying digital asset management and advanced analytics to improve business performance and address client challenges.
* Confident, professional manner with a "Can Do" approach.
* Strong communication skills; able to explain complex matters clearly to clients and stakeholders.
* Commercially astute.
* Supportive and encouraging in identifying and nurturing talent.
* Collaborative across AtkinsRéalis, supply chain, and clients.
Qualifications
* Honours Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* Asset Management qualifications, preferred but not essential.
* Membership of an appropriate professional body, preferred but not essential.
