Financial Planning Administrator - London
Our client is looking for an IFA Administrator to join their busy team in London. The role will require excellent planning and organisation skills, a professional pleasant telephone manner and good administration skills to deliver a true client centric experience, building up relationships where appropriate.
Responsibilities
* Administer client onboarding, including the preparation and issuance of letters of authority
* Verify and organise policy information received from providers, creating client summaries
* Compile necessary data/documents for report writing and assist in the report generation process
* Process new business items while following compliance requirements
* Manage adviser fees and handle fund switches and investment/disinvestment requests
* Supervise pension/investment transfers, aligning with client recommendation reports
* Process life cover applications and maintain updated client data in relevant systems
* Coordinate client review meeting preparations and oversee follow-ups
* Assist in generating client investment progress reports
* Uphold the highest standards of client service throughout all interactions
Experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident and competent communication skills – verbal and written
* Strong software skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Focus on delivering high-quality client service
* Be able to demonstrate initiative and curiosity
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
* Capable of building effective external relationships
