What you'll be doing
As a Compensation & Benefits Intern, you'll support a range of analytical, administrative, and project-based activities, including:
1. Supporting data analysis tasks such as market reviews, benchmarking, and preparation of reports
2. Assisting with salary survey submissions to external providers and ensuring accuracy and timely completion
