Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with this wonderful travel business based in West Kent. They are seeking a dynamic Administration Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
As Administration Manager you will be overseeing the effective day to day running of the financial administration department that supports the corporate operational team.
Previous experience of managing a team and strong mentoring skills are absolutely essential to be considered for this role.
The role:
* Managing the operational function to maximise efficiency considering staff resource, expertise and service level agreements
* Motivating, mentoring and providing guidance to a small team
* Continually reviewing processes and identifying ways in which aspects of the service could be enhanced
* Holding regular meetings with the team to share knowledge, feedback and identify priorities
* Maintain a positive working environment
You will have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar managerial role
* Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
* Strong mentoring and managerial skills
* Confidence to deal with stakeholders
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
