We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of one of our clients to oversee roofing and external works projects across London and Surrey. This is a hands-on role for a commercial professional who thrives managing multiple contracts, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of contracts for roofing, façade, and external works projects. * Prepare and review contract documentation, valuations, and variations. * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues. * Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure profitability. * Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and contractual obligations. * Support the operations team to improve project delivery and efficiency.
