Legal Assistant / Secretary with Reception Duties

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading UK law firm who are currently seeking a Legal Assistant / Secretary to join their team. This is a varied role that also includes Reception duties, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to Lawyers across the firm
Cover Reception, including greeting clients, managing calls, and handling enquiries
Prepare, type, and format legal documents and correspondence
Assist with file management and general office administration
Support fee earners particularly within the area of Wills & Probate (experience in this area is desirable)
The Candidate:
Strong typing and IT skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
Previous legal secretarial or administrative experience is desirable, though not essential
Experience within Wills & Probate is preferred
