Who We’re Looking For:
7. Strong administration organisational skills.
8. Previous experience of case management and maintaining accurate records
9. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and multitask effectively
10. Confident using digital systems and databases
11. Empathic and professional communicator, able to manage sensitive and difficult conversations
12. Compassionate, resilient, and able to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
