You will handle a varied caseload covering deputyship matters, advisory work and complex welfare and financial disputes, helping to deliver genuinely life‑changing outcomes for clients and their families. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
The firm is seeking a compassionate and organised Newly Qualified Solicitor with a clear interest in Court of Protection work.
* NQ Solicitor (or due to qualify) with exposure to Court of Protection or Mental Capacity matters.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex, high‑value cases.
* Strong client care skills, with the empathy and professionalism required when working with vulnerable individuals and their families.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
* A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
