About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll respond to customer enquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotations, and support our field sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to inbound enquiries (email, web, and phone) with advice, pricing, and technical information
* Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers across diverse sectors
* Manage and maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and sales pipeline activity
* Support field sales and engineers with quotations, demos, and tender response
* Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign and lead activity
* Stay up to date on Eltek’s hardware, software, and applications
* Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in sales, sales support, or customer service
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisation, proactive follow-up, and CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
Knowledge: Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in a technical or instrumentation-based company
* Understanding of environmental monitoring or sensor technologies
* Familiarity with sectors such as heritage, museums, pharma, or academia
