Zscaler Engineer - £500/day Inside IR35 - 6 Month Contract - Preston (Hybrid) - SCC Flex Contract
We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Engineer to support a large-scale Proxy migration across on-prem and Azure environments.
Your responsibilities as the Zscaler Engineer:
* Provide technical expertise across infrastructure and network engineering teams
* Act as SME for Zscaler ZIA, ZPA and CASB
* Review designs and act as escalation point for migration challenges
* Plan and oversee Proxy migration with the PM across on-prem and Azure
* Manage migration waves, cutover and rollback activities
* Ensure minimal disruption and alignment to security standards
* Coordinate dependencies across infrastructure, application and network teams
* Own and govern engineering datasets (Excel) and technical artefacts
* Provide reporting, risk and issue management
As a successful Zscaler Engineer, you will have:
1. Strong experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA (CASB desirable)
2. Expertise in Entra ID, SSO, SCIM, Conditional Access
3. Solid Azure IaaS and networking (VPN Gateway, routing, connectivity)
4. Knowledge of enterprise networking (routing, switching, Firewalls)
