We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Administrator to be fully conservant and competent with the pillars of the GOC operation and the provision of physical and systems security services. You will be working an average of 55 hours per week covering Monday - Friday. Shift times will be: 07:00-18:00. This is a fixed term contract ending 31st July 2026. A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential A valid First-Aid qualification - essential Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: Assist with ensuring the protection and integrity of client owned data and information, property, personnel, and assets Responsible for the reliable operation of technology platforms and solutions in accordance with GOC processes and procedures Participate in the delivery, development, and continuous improvement of GOC processes and procedures in line with Client expectation and business requirements. Support the GOC Manager with the effective management of technology platforms and procedures Oversee the operation of the GOC systems administration desk Support client business units with the creation of photographic identity and access control badges Support client business units with access control requirements, e.g. physical access to buildings and restricted areas Provide effective and accurate operation of the electronic access control administration client, ensuring routine day to day processes are conducted promptly Provide effective and accurate operation of the electronic key cabinet and key issuance, ensuring access to keys and key issuance is aligned with authorisation and responsibilities Run reports to provide clear and accurate security system metrics to security management and other business units for audit, compliance, and risk management purposes Maintain adequate stock of system administration consumable items so as not to adversely affect service delivery To assist the GOC with the day-to-day operations as and when required alongside prioritising and maintaining the control of all administration systems Diversity is important to Corps Security; we believe that each individual has unique talents to contribute to the business.
