Job Description
What you’ll do
You will be the go-to person for consumables across the Constellation® platform.
You’ll get to:
• Define and maintain the consumables bill of materials (BOM) and approved item set for the platform.
• Classify risk and manage continuity strategies for critical consumables and suppliers or CDMOs.
• Support the definition, maintenance and compliance of Quality and Technical Agreements (QTAs) with key suppliers and CDMOs.
• Turn deployment and throughput plans into actionable demand and supply plans that Operations and suppliers can execute against.
• Ensure Field Operations and customer-facing teams have clear visibility of approved consumables, kit contents, lead times and constraints.
• Capture learnings from platform deployments and customer use, such as consumption patterns, failure modes and waste drivers, and feed these back into planning and requirements.
• Support cost modelling, making sure consumables economics are fully understood as part of our revenue and commercial model.
• Work with Legal and our Supply Chain Contracts Lead on key consumables and CDMO agreements, helping ensure commercial terms reflect supply realities and risk.
• Play a key role in how we qualify suppliers, design Quality and Technical Agreements, manage change control and support multi-generation platform strategy.
You will be joining at a build phase, so you will have real influence over how we do things and how the function grows.

• Experience working with or alongside Quality and Regulatory teams, including change control, deviations, supplier qualification and QTAs.
• The ability to support basic cost modelling and unit economics for consumables, and to provide structured inputs to Finance and Commercial teams.
• Enjoyment of cross-functional work and operating in a hands-on build phase.
• Comfort working at pace in a fast-evolving environment, balancing pragmatism with appropriate control.
