What You'll Bring:
We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications and personal attributes:
Essential Requirements:
* Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding/Door Supervision).
* Strong knowledge of public safety and security protocols.
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Patience and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
* Teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of situational awareness.
* Basic computer and hand-held device skills.
Additional Requirements:
* A good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
* The ability to pass enhanced background checks.
* Over 18 years of age.
* Full UK/EU driving license (preferred but not essential).
* Candidates must be UK/EU citizens.
Your Role:
As an SIA Security Guard/Door Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring premises to ensure safety and security.
* Controlling access to venues, checking identification, and managing entry points.
* Diffusing potential conflicts and resolving situations professionally.
* Performing regular patrols and keeping detailed incident reports.
* Protecting staff, clients, and members of the public from potential threats.
* Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Responding swiftly to alarms or emergencies.
