Role Overview
This £billion blue chip organisation seeks an experienced packaging technologist from the chilled Food sector.
Skills and experience required include working with a broad variety of packaging formats and technologies including Printed Folded Cartons, some rigid plastics and flexibles. Experience working with major retailers is desirable but not a prerequisite.
Responsibilities
* Manage and lead packaging projects for approximately 300 active SKUs.
* Innovate within a well-established product category, balancing cost, environmental impact and performance.
* Ensure packaging is fit for purpose and aligns with client requirements.
* Collaborate with customers and suppliers through on-site visits and travel.
Qualifications
* Experience in packaging technology for the chilled food sector.
* Strong project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and across multiple product lines.
