HR Assistant – People Person Wanted
Edinburgh | Hybrid working | £13.70 p/h - £15.15 per hour DOE
We're on the hunt for an organised, people-loving HR Assistant to join our client's busy HR team. If you're the kind of person who can keep the plates spinning, answer questions with a smile, and spot a typo from ten miles away, this could be your next move.
What you'll be doing:
* Be the first friendly face (or voice) for all things HR - from "How do I book annual leave?" to "When will my contract arrive?"
* Support the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to contract changes and farewells.
* Keep the HR system in top shape, making sure data is accurate and up to date.
* Help managers navigate sickness absence, holidays, and other day-to-day HR queries.
About you:
* You're organised, detail-driven, and great at juggling multiple priorities.
* You have top-notch admin skills and are confident with Microsoft Office.
* You're comfortable dealing with confidential information and can handle sensitive situations with care.
