Our national valuation service is delivered by a team of over 50 RICS registered valuers – and undertakes valuations of a wider variety of commercial, residential, agricultural, leisure and development property. We advise financial institutions, investors, lenders, property companies, property-owning corporations and private individuals. We also advise Third and Public sector organisations and help them make informed decisions about the value of their property assets Your day-to-day work will be dynamic and varied, requiring strong problem-solving abilities, proactive communication, and negotiation skills. You’ll often collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver effective solutions across different types of commercial property throughout the UK. What do I need to apply?
