We’re looking for a Customer Success & Administration Executive to join our expanding team. The Role:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email.
* Process sales orders, quotations, order confirmations, and returns.
* Handle delivery queries, complaints, and collections with a customer-first approach.
* Maintain accurate records including customer databases, price lists, proof of delivery requests, and general administration tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, Sales Support, or Client Services.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What’s on Offer:
* Salary: £27,000 per year
* Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (no weekends or evenings)
* Holidays: 33 days including bank holidays (with Christmas shutdown)
