Job Title: Registered Nurse - Band 5
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments monitoring vital signs.
* Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
* Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient well-being.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Valid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) for the UKor the NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).
* 12 Months recent paid experience completed at ward level within an NHS/HSC hospital setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to administer sub cut fluids.
* Experience with Dementia and management of stress and destress.
* Ability to create care plans depending on patients needs.
* Ability to do fill out and completeDatix incident and risk reporting.
Desirable Requirements but not Essential.
* Catheterisation Experiencefor both Male and Female it also desirable to have Suprapubic experience in case a patient went to retention.
* Venepuncture.
* Experience in modified compression would be helpful but no essential.
