Join a thriving and well-established restaurant on the beautiful Isle of Wight as our Assistant Manager - the vital second-in-command supporting the General Manager in running a fast-paced, high-quality dining operation.
?? About the Role
* Take a central role in leading and motivating a 50-strong team across front- and back-of-house.
* Work closely with the GM to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, uphold brand standards, and maintain exceptional customer service.
* Help deliver a high-volume service, covering up to 100 diners, with pre-set branded menus.
* Contribute to staff development, rotas, recruitment, and ensure compliance with health & safety policies.
* Champion a culture of positivity, efficiency, and professionalism on every shift.

* A confident leader with prior restaurant management experience, ideally in a branded setting.
* Strong organisational skills and a passion for hospitality.
