The Opportunity
As a Neighbourhood Coach, you'll be responsible for neighbourhood, tenancy support, and community safety housing services. Your main goal is to coach and inspire your team to provide excellent housing management services and a great resident experience. You'll work closely with other operational teams and support your team in achieving their KPI targets.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Coach:
* Coach and lead a team of neighbourhood, tenancy support, and community safety partners.
* Provide real-time and structured feedback to colleagues to support their development.
* Work with key services like the service hub, customer resolution, and estate services to improve home and estate standards.
* Support residents who need enhanced housing and support services by monitoring cases effectively.
* Help the team resolve issues related to ASB (anti-social behaviour), domestic abuse, and other tenancy matters.
* Investigate and respond to inquiries from councillors and MPs, as well as complaints in line with the ombudsman code.
* Create data-driven documents to coach team performance and report on performance for improvement areas.
Salary and post information
* Job Title: Neighbourhood Coach
* Salary: £44,562
* Contract: Six month fixed term
* Annual leave: 27 days of paid holiday (pro-rata’d)
* Hours: 37 hours per week, 8:45 – 17:15 (Monday – Thursday) and 8:45 – 16:45 (Friday) including a 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Requirements of the Neighbourhood Coach
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop, and coach a team.
* Strong neighbourhood management experience across different tenures and in housing, ASB, and tenancy support services.
* A passion for providing great customer service and maintaining a high-performance culture.
* Strong background in working with vulnerable customers.
* A flexible approach to providing services and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent time management skills and resilience to manage difficult situations.
* A UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work.
