Interim Estates Services Consultant
Location: Dagenham (Hybrid – typically 3 days in office, WFH arrangements negotiable)
Day Rate: £900‑£1,400 per day (Outside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced property or estates professional to join on an interim basis. This role requires a proven track record of delivering complex strategic, operational, and statutory reviews across diverse asset portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in‑depth analysis of rent rolls, tenancy agreements, licensing documents, club memberships, income streams, and operational processes.
* Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities through robust analytical skills.
* Provide clear recommendations to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and prepare reports for Board submission.
* Ensure compliance with RICS standards and relevant licensing requirements.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in property/estates management and strategic reviews.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work at pace and deliver high‑quality outputs under tight deadlines.
* RICS qualification and licensing experience essential.
Contract Details
* Day Rate: £900‑£1,400 (Outside IR35)
* Location: The Cube, Dagenham (Hybrid – typically 3 days in office)
