About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Turnpower Services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service by answering phone calls and assisting with job-related queries. You'll also be responsible for raising incoming jobs onto our CAFM system, and liaising with engineers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them as needed.
* Raising and logging jobs onto the SimPRO system.
* Communicating with engineers and clients to ensure smooth job coordination.
* Providing excellent customer support and handling queries in a timely manner.
* General administration duties, including raising RAMS and permits
Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of CAFM systems (SimPRO experience is a plus).
* Previous helpdesk or administrative experience is desirable.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
