An exciting opportunity has arisen in this newly created role for an experienced Sales Administrator, to give full support to the Online Sales for the business. The role will entail:
* · 1st point of contact to all Customer Online Enquiries
* · Deal with all queries, complaints and returns to ensure a great Customer Service experience
* · Processing all orders in a timely manner
* · Order Fulfilment Administration
* · Full training and support given on the CRM system
