Our client is a young woman with complex health needs who is looking for a personal assistant who can assist her to live independently at home with her parents. You will be required to undertake duties such as assisting with personal care, medication administration, moving & handling, supporting our client during prolonged myoclonus (shaking) episodes, first aid and light housework/cooking. You will also be required to support her with her communication programme, for which training will be given. Hours: 16 hours per week, shifts will be allocated to meet the needs of the client. Pay: £14.40 per hour Requirements: Female-only, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9 part 1 Driver with a full UK driving licence and aged over 25yrs for insurance purposes.
