What the Job Involves The role is based in Sutton Council's Customer Experience Contact Centre for a minimum of a 6-month placement. During initial training, the work is office-based with flexibility to work hybrid once you are up to speed. You will handle a variety of resident enquiries related to local authority services such as Waste Services, Homelessness, and Highways. Interviews will be conducted in person at the Civic Offices, and we aim to start the successful candidate as soon as possible.
