Full Time: Up to 40 hours (Mon–Sat)
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Driving licence preferred (travel between sites required)

The Role, What You’ll Be Responsible For
As Head Dental Receptionist, you will oversee front-of-house operations across all three sites, ensuring:
1. Smooth, efficient, and professional reception performance
2. Exceptional patient journeys from first contact to follow-up
3. Strong financial controls and accurate reporting
4. Achievement of KPIs and commercial targets
5. Effective rota management and team supervision
6. Training, mentoring, and developing reception teams
You will also play a key role in promoting:
7. Treatment plans
8. Private upgrades
9. Whitening and cosmetic options
10. Finance options where appropriate
Your confidence in discussing treatment options will directly support practice growth.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone ambitious, organised, and ready to lead.
Essential:
11. Dental reception, TCO, or dental practice administration experience
12. Experience supervising or leading a team
13. Strong understanding of KPIs and financial targets
14. Confident discussing treatment plans and private options
15. Excellent organisational skills
16. Full UK driving licence (preferred)
