Working 40 to 45 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
Overseeing all aspects of kitchen service and daily operations
Designing thoughtful, seasonal menus that complement the venues relaxed elegance
Managing prep and service for up to 100 covers during peak periods
Mentoring and motivating a small, experienced team
Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
Collaborating with front-of-house to ensure smooth, memorable guest experiences
