Job Title: Practice Supervisor (£45,718 - £50,788 Pay Award Pending)
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week
Location: Grantham

We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Supervisor to join our South Kesteven FAST Team in Grantham. Our Children\s Services is rated by Ofsted as Outstanding. Responsibilities
* As a Practice Supervisor, you will manage, guide and supervise a small team of social workers, providing primary assessment, support and advice.
* You will work with children and young people within Child in Need, Child Protection, Children in Care and Care Proceedings to ensure safeguarding at all times.
* Contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of social care in a nationally leading local authority.

What we offer
We offer a competitive salary £47,181 - £52,413 Pay Award Pending and we will pay for your annual SWE registration.
