Job Description
We’re seeking a compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing primary school in Worcester. You’ll support children across EYFS, KS1, or KS2—working with small groups and one-to-one—to help them access the curriculum, develop independence, and build confidence.
Your day may include adapting resources, reinforcing learning in numeracy or literacy, and using emotional regulation strategies to support individual needs. You’ll bring structure, encouragement, and consistency to the classroom—helping make learning meaningful and accessible for all pupils.
