Responsibilities
* Identify and maximise business opportunities
* Advertise properties, book viewings, and register applicants
* Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
* Achieve personal and branch sales targets
* Introduce new business and build alliances within the local community through networking
* Act as the communication link between client and vendor, sharing information
* Build strong relationships internally and externally
* Prepare accurate property details and ensure accurate data entry
* Manage the sale process from viewing to close
* Support branch management with ad hoc tasks
Qualifications / Skills
* At least 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
* Listing and/or valuation experience
* Excellent sales ability
* High level of customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Strong negotiation ability
* Tenacity, self-motivation, and drive to succeed
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Adaptability to change
