Statement of Work Details:
Assists with determining location square footageand assigned use of space.
* Consolidate AutoCAD and Revit drawings for each buildingon campus with the following: Architectural Plumbing ElectricalHVAC Controls Site Utilities Structural Civil Communication CodeSummaries etc.
* Assist NIH personnel withcreating Cad standards file structures standard plot files andcreating block and family libraries.
Uses software program to color code each space byassigned use.
* Work withstaff on tracking requests for new space or change in spaceassignment using a software program.
Prepares reports including assigned use of spacelist of current occupants equipment furniture layout and finishboards.
* Produce reportsregarding space occupancy and space utilization.
Maintains spreadsheet indicatingspace data use type and square footage.
* Prepare maintain and update databasesspreadsheets and status reports to indicate space use types andsquare footage.
Assistswith surveying space areas and records location and use of allphone and LAN outlets.
* Assist with surveying space areas and records location and use ofall phone and LAN outlets.
May triage incoming requests for facilitymaintenance.
* Receive andcoordinate work orders for facility repairs.
Assures the optimal function of building systemsin areas.
* Interface withbuilding maintenance personnel to correct wide range of electricalmechanical plumbing and facility problems.
Determines location square footage and assigneduse of space.
* Work withstaff to determine location square footage and assigned use ofspace.
Coordinates workflow of office and offsite work areas.
* Work with laboratory groups and managers withequipment surveys prior to move.
* Work withlaboratory groups architects and move management teams to ensurethat the needs of the scientists are met and that the move isperformed in an orderly manner.
