3. Provide administrative support for stock management and operational updates.
4. Investigate and resolve stock, equipment, and operational issues promptly.
5. Oversee housekeeping and safety standards across your area of the warehouse.
6. Report maintenance needs and escalate equipment issues when required.
7. Deliver daily team briefings and compile handovers for smooth shift transitions.
8. Recognise and reward team contributions to keep morale high.
9. Support welfare processes and employee development through documented discussions.
