Overview
We're looking for a highly detailed and astute Senior Delegated Authority (DA) Analyst to join us. Delegated Authority is a placing method whereby insurers delegate their underwriting authority to a Cover holder to underwrite risks and enter into insurance contracts on their behalf. The Partner Assurance Agency team provide a consistent review of DA contracts, maintain a central repository and are the administrators for Lloyd’s systems. You'll be leading all aspects of the Partner Assurance DA team to deliver high quality work and management information (MI) in a timely manner. How you'll make an impact As a Senior Delegated Authority Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role within our team. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and coordinating DA Agreements and processes to ensure flawless execution Maintaining accurate DA records for live reporting, which is crucial for our operational success Delivering within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contributing to MI reports to help us meet our ambitious goals Assisting with projects, including Mergers & Acquisitions, where your expertise will be instrumental in our growth Ensuring high customer service standards and maintaining positive relationships within Gallagher, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment Prioritising and allocating team work, ensuring SLAs are strictly met and our team performs at a world-class level Acting as the primary contact for team concerns and filling in for Managers when necessary, demonstrating your leadership and dedication About You We’re seeking a candidate who embodies the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience in Delegated Authorities and knowledge of Lloyd’s and London Markets Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, allowing you to complete your tasks effectively Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve complex issues Ability to manage complex workloads and meet tight deadlines, ensuring operational efficiency A strategic problem solver with a proactive approach, ready to determine and implement successful solutions Eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel if required Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
