This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established MSP in the Gloucester / Stroud area. The role pays up to £40,000 and is full-time office-based (5 days a week).
To be considered for this position, you should have previous experience providing BAU remote service desk support to users across the standard Microsoft stack.
Working in a team of 8 IT Service Desk Engineers, you will provide 1st & 2nd line remote (and occasional onsite) support, as well as help the Senior Engineers with 3rd line issues & projects.
Qualifications
* Windows 10 & 11
* Microsoft 365 Admin Center
* Active Directory & Azure AD / Entra ID
* Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint)
* ITSM tools for ticketing & remote access
* Understanding of networks (VPN’s, switches, routers & firewalls)
* Building & setting up PCs, laptops, printers & wifi
* Full UK driving licence (occasional customer site visits)
