This role requires Facilities Management and team‑leading experience, and you will join a great team committed to creating safe, compliant, and efficient environments.

What You'll Need To Have
* Curious on all things Facilities Management with general knowledge of hard and soft services.
* Open to new solutions while promoting sustainability and its impact on energy, emissions, waste, and chemicals.
* Motivated by orchestrating people in a changing, multi‑dimensional environment and building stakeholder relationships.
* Expertise in contract, supplier, and work‑order management for urgent, planned, and reactive maintenance.
* Established people‑management experience, end‑to‑end project management skills, and a background in retail Facilities Management, including budget and supplier relations oversight.
Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
* Manage all Facility Management aspects in the store, optimising value and sustainability.
* Implement Ingka Facility Management within the store through the Unit FM team.
* Ensure safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvement throughout the property's life cycle.
* Provide co‑workers, service providers, and external partners with up‑to‑date awareness of FM frameworks, guidelines, and initiatives.
* Oversee asset management, long‑term planning, budget estimation, implementation, follow‑up, forecasting, and reporting.
* Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at the store level, aligning with internal governance for cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
* Provide leadership and support to your teams, inspiring and empowering co‑workers and developing departmental skills for succession planning.
