This role sits within the People Operations team and functions as a generalist support position responsible for delivering high‑quality HR administrative and operational services on a Fixed Term contract. The role will provide first‑line HR guidance, manage day‑to‑day HR processes, and support the wider People team across the employee lifecycle. In addition to operational responsibilities, the role will contribute to ER casework by providing administrative support, note‑taking, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping. About the role Deliver generalist HR operations work, including onboarding, offboarding, HR system management, and contract and letter production. Manage the HR inbox and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintain and update personnel information within the Firm’s HR systems, ensuring data handling aligns with GDPR Take minutes at internal meetings Update the Firm’s intranet HR pages Provide administrative support for ER cases, including minute‑taking, preparing case documentation, and maintaining case records. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision making and strategic planning Support the development of the LMS, including drafting learning materials, uploading content, and maintaining accurate information within the system.
