We have an extensive backlog of DSEAR work (Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations) across the UK in multiple markets. As a Senior DSEAR Engineer, you'll support our engineering teams on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects both domestically and internationally.
Our expertise spans various sectors including Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We deliver industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, providing value-added support from client-side engagement to construction phases. Your Purpose:
* Lead a team in delivering technical design work adhering to relevant standards and high-quality benchmarks.
* Create project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
* Collaborate with teams across the UK to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards in design processes.
What you can bring:
* Chartered Engineer status.
* Experience with DSEAR in design delivery, preferably within the water or related process industries.
* Technical expertise in DSEAR, including risk assessment and area classification per EN 60079-10 and IP 15 standards.
* Strong knowledge of ATEX legislation and CDM regulations.
