What you will be doing?
* Attract, engage and recruit experienced tech specialist across the world
* Match the best talent with our clients, in order to keep them in front of their competitors
* Build relationships, creating a deep and broad network of candidates across the world
* Work with some of the world's best-known Finance, Retail, Energy, Automotive and Pharmaceutical brands
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and become a specialist in IT, finding your niche within the industry
* Support candidates to find and enjoy rewarding career paths
What we are looking for?
* Previous experience in a recruitment role in any sector
* Ability to build strong client and candidate relationships
* Excellent communication skills
* Collaborative approach and passion for diversity
* Excellent organizational skills
* Passion for connecting with people
* Driven, Ambitious and self-starter mentality
* A second language fluency would be a bonus- particularly German, French, Polish, or a Nordic language.
