Junior 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Hursley, 5x a week
Clearance requirements - SC eligible 5 years uk residency
Salary: £28,000 per annum
We are actively looking to secure a Junior 2nd Line Support Engineer to join Experis.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 2nd line support for critical applications and infrastructure in a high-availability environment.
2. Respond to and resolve incidents escalated from 1st line support, taking ownership from diagnosis through to resolution or escalation to 3rd line/vendor where required.
3. Ensure effective communication with users, clients, and delivery teams throughout the incident life cycle.
