Job Description
As part of the Global Centre of Expertise (CoE) for Reward, this position is responsible for carrying out administration, compliance and communication of EMEA Pensions and International benefit programmes, under the guidance of the International Benefits and EMEA Pension Manager. \n The Pension Administrator will work closely with employees, plan trustees, and external service providers to maintain accurate records, process pension contributions, and invoice payments.\n\nJob Description:\n\nManages company employee pension and benefits programs providing guidance and analysis. Administers invoice payments and plan renewals.\nEnsures the administration of all related programs are in compliance with established guidelines, processes, procedures and applicable laws.\nMay keep abreast of trends and developments in the area of employee pensions and benefits.
Supports with pension and benefit communications to employees. \n\nDuties / Responsibilities:\n\nThe Pensions and Benefits Administrator will provide support for all pension and benefit activities including:\n\nWork with regional Reward teams and external vendors to ensure efficiency of administration.\nOperate with the US team to ensure that all statutory reporting is completed on time.\nEnsure the timely payment of invoices.\nDevelop and maintain employee communications and support to ensure a greater level of engagement and understanding with the workforce.\nProvide information and guidance to plan participants on eligibility, benefits, and plan provisions.\n\nPrepare participant communication materials, such as webinars, statements and newsletters.\nRespond to inquiries from employees, retirees, and external stakeholders regarding pension plan matters.\nProvide advice and support as required to Regional Reward leads.\nMonitoring project income and work with the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist to ensure projects are delivered on plan and to budget. \n\nWork with the Reward Operations team to improve processes.\nCover for the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist \n\nEssential Skills:\n\nComplete understanding and wide application of pension and benefit principles and theories.\nDemonstrated ability to work in a high-volume role within a large complex business within a hands on capacity.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities.\nCapability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple key stakeholders.\nPerform other related administrative tasks as necessary, including assisting with payroll-related queries and coordinating with other departments as needed.\nExceptional communication skills both written and verbal.\n6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degreeManpower UK Ltd @Lockheed Martin is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
