Contact centre, Customer Support, temporary, full time, Darlington Customer Support This is a front line role based in the organisation's central support office in Darlington, and as such, this position often provides the first impression of the company. You will help families to find homes suitable for their relatives care needs by supporting them from initial enquiry through to admission. You will also provide help to the families to ensure enquiries are updated correctly and efficiently. My client are currently looking for a professional, empathetic and caring individual to answer enquiries from relatives, professionals and other care home stakeholders. The role will involve taking incoming calls from families searching for care, responding to web enquiries and ensuring they are followed up in accordance with the company guidelines and timescales. What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent telephone and communication skills, as the role will also involve ensuring that all calls are answered promptly and appropriately. You will need basic IT skills and a willingness to learn. You will also be flexible with working hours as the role will involve some evenings (up to 8pm) and weekends. Ideally you will have previous experience working within a customer service environment and have some knowledge or personal experience of placing a loved one in care, however full training will be provided for the right person.
