We're looking for a Process Management Associate to join our team in Sunbury. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with data, and wants to build expertise in customs, import/export processes, and process improvement.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting the Process Management team across international logistics processes — documentation, HMRC requirements, auditing, and reporting.
* Providing technical support and guidance to clients on import/export procedures and compliance.
* Preparing and producing detailed reports for HMRC, clients, and management.
* Compiling and analysing activity data to spot trends and drive process improvements.
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders to resolve customs-related issues.
* Keeping up to date with regulations including customs, VAT, and import duty.
* Occasional travel abroad when required for client meetings and logistics activities.
* Representing the company with professionalism, customer service, and a proactive mindset.
What we're looking for

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
* High attention to detail with a process-oriented approach.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formula building).
* Background or studies in international business, transportation, or freight.
