The Governing Body of Llandysilio Church in Wales School are seeking to appoint a passionate, dedicated, and inspiring
teacher to join our inclusive, nurturing and thriving school. In the first instance, this is a 0.6 (3 days a week) one year, fixed
term position. However, there may be scope to increase the days of the contract.

Llandysilio CiW School is a vibrant, happy school with a distinctive Christian ethos for four to eleven year olds in the beautiful village of Four Crosses. We are a small, rural school at the heart of our community who strive to deliver the highest learning standards possible.

opportunities and an excellent foundation to their education. We aim to engage with our community, raise aspirations and support the needs of all our learners in order that they might thrive.
During our November 2025 Estyn Inspection, Inspectors reported that:
“The school provides pupils with a calm and nurturing learning environment that promotes their personal, social and emotional development effectively. Staff establish warm relationships with pupils, modelling high expectations for behaviour and engagement during lessons. Nearly all pupils demonstrate positive attitudes towards learning. They behave well and feel safe and valued within the school’s inclusive community. The respect and care pupils have for each other is a strength of the school.”
