Role Overview:
1. Position: Principal Design Engineer (Building Services)
2. Location: Cambridge
3. Salary:petitive (Up to £70,000 depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
4. Design Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple projects.
5. Technical Expertise:
Apply your deep understanding of building services engineering principles to develop innovative solutions.
6. Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems seamlessly.
7. Project Delivery:
Oversee the design process from concept topletion, ensuringpliance with relevant regulations and standards.
8. Problem-Solving:
Tackleplex challenges head-on, finding creative ways to optimise energy efficiency, sustainability, and userfort.
Qualifications and Experience:
9. Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field.
10. Proven track record in designing and delivering successful building services projects.
11. Chartered Engineer status (preferred).
Skills and Attributes:
12. Strong leadership andmunication skills.
13. Proficiency in relevant design software (, AutoCAD, Revit).
