Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to lead our Housing Team.
Your key purpose will be to provide day to day management, supervision and co-ordination of a team responsible for the provision of a range of high quality services to our residents, working in partnership with other agencies.
It is essential therefore that you can demonstrate an in depth knowledge of current Housing Legislation including homelessness, allocations and estate management.
You will be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills. You will also be required to work to targets and timescales and have the ability to manage and motivate others to achieve results.

Salary: £40,804 - £41,698 per year

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day management, supervision and co-ordination of the Housing Team to deliver high quality services to residents, in partnership with other agencies.
Demonstrate and apply in-depth knowledge of Housing Legislation including homelessness, allocations and estate management.
Manage and motivate team members to achieve targets and timescales, with clear communication and collaboration.
